Disha creators can only have one account, at a time.
Disha enables creators to get paid for their products/services. But first, you need to set up the payment process to ensure smooth payments and settlements of your funds. Follow these easy steps to get started;
Navigate to the Settings menu, and click the Custom Payment tab, and fill the form field. Your payment integration is automatically up and running.
Once the above payment setup is complete, a Flutterwave account is created for you
Login to your Flutterwave account here to complete your account setup using your Disha login details.
Note: Disha creators need to verify their ID by submitting a valid means of identification (such as International Passport, National ID Card, or Driver’s Licence) on their Flutterwave dashboard.
Once a Flutterwave account is verified, the Disha creator can then proceed to create a product through the payment link on their account profile and then receive payments from anywhere in the world.
Payment receipts are sent automatically via email once the transaction is successfully completed by a customer.

Yes, Disha creators can issue payment invoices to customers instantly. The invoices feature allows you generate professional invoices to get paid by your customers online & offline. However, Disha users need to log in to their Flutterwave dashboard here to access the invoice feature. Learn more here.

No, Disha users can register seamlessly as individuals/creators with a valid means of Identification.

Transactions on Disha
Please contact support requesting an increase of transaction limit with the following information:
– The expected limit
– Provide evidence of transactions within the last 12 months (e.g. bank statement)
– Average monthly transaction volume. Please attach Sample Evidence.
– Website Link (if not previously provided).
– Measures you will take to mitigate fraud risks and chargebacks on your Disha Page.
– Percentage of payments disputed in the past year (if any).
Settlements on Disha
Delayed settlements could be for a number of reasons. This could include Invalid settlement bank account information, settlement due date not reached yet, and lastly, compliance-related issues. Disha creators can contact support for immediate assistance.
Funds received via Disha are made available to creators via the settlement bank account provided on your Disha settings.
A Disha username can be changed at any time. Please follow the steps below to change the username:
1. On your Disha dashboard, navigate to settings
2. Click username, and edit your username, and click Save
3. Your Disha Username is now updated
